From the beginning, Brezza’s connection to nature is its beautiful and inspiring location. The handsome community is flanked by a gorgeous forest and nature hike. A winding trail takes residents through oaks, mesquite and native vegetation enhanced by ponds, fountains and picnic stops. Unlike competitor communities, this location birthed a one-of-a-kind approach to branding.

A distinctive stone monument echoes all other community signage with Cor-Ten treated metal and accented cove lighting. Community signs are designed with two layered, shaped high-pressure exterior laminate with Cor-Ten back plate and green accent reveal.

Print collateral and marketing continue the established brand with similar colors, hues, and organic attitude. The brochure features an embossed copper foil logo. Temporary marketing signs highlight the walking trails, pet-friendly attitude, and many community features.
