Austin has a brand new urban community! RC completes all design, fabrication and install of this brilliant campaign. This community had its challenges with on-going construction and a phase two starting right when opening. Strategic identity and leasing wayfinding is established for a quick and successful lease-up! Key identity is established in main traffic corridors to attract and clever wayfinding guides prospects to the leasing office. In order to capture traffic, the signature “U” icon is perched high on the building and introduces traffic from a major thoroughfare. This bold approach starts with a powerful brand, LED neon and attractive colorations.
Branded signs, temporary graphics, print and bold garage graphics combine for a dynamic and unstoppable image in a very competitive Southeast Austin market!
